Today, Jillian and I will introduce our "A Day in my life" Blog presentation, this blog consists of different household chores, daily exercises, and taking care of the environment. this blog also helps us to learn new knowledge, and use it to help our planet, health, and the community.




                           T L E: Basic household services

 This is all about the different household chores we do in our everyday lives, like cleaning mopping, washing the dishes, fixing the bed, cooking, and so many more. these household chores are beneficial to keep the area clean, tidy, and lessens the hazards or viruses inside the house.



      Why is it important to have household services in our day to day lives?

It is important to do household services so that our homes continue to run efficiently, and so that our living environments remain organized, clean and, prevents any dusts, or any hazards, thereby promoting good overall health and safety.






Aerobic fitness exercises

Now we will move on to the different aerobic fitness exercises, these exercises help the lungs and heart to sustain energy for a long period of time. we will also introduce our meal plan, to help others that are planning to do diet, and are planning to be healthy.




                                   Squats

                                                                             

  Squats is an aerobic fitness exercise, that improves your range of motion, and strengthens your muscles throughout the body, so in short, it improves your flexibility, this exercise is good for those that feel like their joints are stiff, and by using this aerobic exercise, the body's joints become more used to stretching, get more limber, and the blood continues to flow in areas that were not getting well previously.


                                                        Running





Running is a good exercise to increase your cholesterol level, and a great exercise to improve your lungs, and reduces the risk of developing blood clots. this aerobic fitness exercise is also a good way to improve your muscles, bones, in a tip-top shape, resulting in strengthening of joints, and keeps mobility complications at bay.
                                                             


                     
                                       Jumping Jacks







Last but not the least is the Jumping Jacks, this exercise is good for lowering blood pressure, lowering sugar levels, and strengthens your immune system. by doing jumping jacks every day, then improves your muscles, and other body parts like your lungs, just like every aerobic exercises out there.

Kung ano ang ginagawa dito sa larawan, ay mga simpleng bagay na magagawa natin, upang iligtas ang kalikasan, kahit na ito ay lamang ng isang maliit na bagay. Mahalaga ring pangalagaan ang ating likas na katangian/kapaligiran, dahil kailangan natin ng malinis na hangin, malinis na tubig, at pinagmumulan ng ating mga mapagkukunan
